Fixed keyStore creation, reported with #59

Moved PEM files into expected folder according to package

@GerdZanker Great find with the class loader! I do not know anything about the Java internals there, so I just did what one of the openHAB maintainers suggested. Did only test with an existing setup, so I did not run into that issue myself.
