Solves password issue #55 Replaced the password with a fixed

The changeable SHC system password for the keystore is replaced by a static string in the code. The keyStore name is now based on SHC ipAddress to support multiple SmartHomeControllers.

Hallo @coeing,

this will NOT solve the current openhab PR issues, but prepares our code for easier testing and modifications. I hope that I'm soon be able shade the dependency jars and shrink our binding.
