Upgrade Oj gem as soon as 2.12.11 is released #39

Whereas 2.12.10 is not working with PaaSal as it raises an SyntaxError for invalid JSON files, all versions below and afterwards work as intended. The next version of the gem is not yet released, but according to the changelog the falsy implementation is already fixed. https://github.com/ohler55/oj/releases

Release was made, upgrade will be applied if the tests are passed on my local system
