Add printer ebuild for Brother DCP-J4120DW #47

This ebuild is a modified version of the MFC-J880DW printer ebuild.

It compiles the cupswrapper from the GPL source package; I could not get the RPM version to work but due to the availability of the source it is not needed.

Thanks for changes! The $ID$ lines is from a time before the main gentoo repository switched to git and yes the ebuilds would need a cleanup. :)
