fix Manifest files and links (aka SRC_URI) #77

[gentoo-dev] manifest-hashes changing to 'BLAKE2B SHA512' on 2017-11-21

Unneeded Manifest files were removed, and needed Manifest files were updated.

Also some non-working SRC_URI links are fixed.

PS: To further fix Travis errors, combine this PR with #76, they should merge just fine.
