500 error after installation

Hi, this plugin is exactly what I need and I cannot find any other plugins that do a similar thing. I am attempting to install onto Redmine 1.4 and receive the following 500 error when accessing any Administrative panel after installation:

I know that this has not been updated for a year but if you can offer any advice it would be grealy appreciated.

I'm sorry I don't use this plugin anymore and I think I used it with Redmine 1.3 the last time.

I think something changed with the routes and you have to create a "config/routes.rb" file to create them.

Please consider if you really need it. I thought it was a good idea in the beginning but with maintaining all theses permissions you may have more problems than benefits.
