p. 128 1st paragraph, 2nd line: topic must be located within the non-head daughter: in the implication (24) and in Figure 5.6 it is in the head daughter.

Kordula pointed this out to us last year, too. This is indeed an error. I'll fix it (as soon as I'am able to compile the LaTeX source).
