Copula paper has LEX+ for non-heads in verbal complexes #58

LEX+ in verbal complexes seems to exclude auxiliray flip. The implementation has CLUSTER+ and LEX+. Discuss this and fix this. Aux flip does not seem to work in the current implementation.
