Release 1.0 does not replace icon properly #3

When using an ico file containing the full range of resolutions, the icon selected for the application for replacement is in very low resolution. In attachement there is a screenshot of the same .ico file used with resource hacker on the left for the shortcut and icon-changer for the test.exe file. When viewing in any other mode like small icons, list, details, content, the application icon switches back to its original icon as per screenshot below.

Hi, I'm sorry for the late response. I noticed this issue and I tried to fix, but I did not succeed.
