Bug: Tab Count Off By Two #121

The tab count on the per window pop-up seems to be off by two.

This is with Firefox 78.0.1 on Linux (official build).

Bug found: Hover in the window whitespace the tab count is always +2

This reproduces on window 7 and 10 with Chrome

To reproduce: Use the Tab Manager in either Own Tab or lightbox pop-up mode

Result: The count indicated on the window card white space hover tool-tip is +2

Expected: this tool tip should be correct and match the close button So far this has reproduced in all view modes.

Feature request: in the space showing the buttons, possibly on the left hand side, a tab count offered there would be handy. I often like to do 8 windows by 7 tabs each and the Vertical display layout looks the best when I balance them at 7 tabs a piece.
