Drag-and-drop broken on Chrome 97.0.4692.71 #181

After updating Chrome, I can no longer drag and drop tabs between windows. Before the upgrade, a black "insertion line" would appear when I hovered a tab over other tabs of a different window; now that line no longer appears and when I release the mouse button, the tab moves back to its current window. I've tried various views and potential workarounds, but nothing restored this basic functionality.

Just discovered that this is the result of me having enabled a setting in my window manager that decorates Chrome with system title bars and borders. With this setting enabled, the extension breaks. It also breaks native Chrome functionality: I couldn't drag a tab out of one group and into a different window.
