This pull request add backend for ThaiBulkSMS. They're a popular SMS gateway in Thailand.

@whs Thank for you your PR. I think maintaining and support various services is a hard. If you would take the responsibility of updating ThaiBulkSMS. I will merge PR.

As I'm not employed by Haup I can't really know if this breaks, so maintenance from me would be really limited.

I think in this case I'll close this PR. If people want to use this they probably can find this PR from Google and use my repo directly.
