Countries and world added in Nepali #19

Do you have a source for where you got these from? I would prefer a link because all of other languages are updated automatically, based on whatever data there is on Wikipedia... Currently this what is on Wikipedia for the Nepali language and there are only 244 entries instead of 249.

Your pull request does have the correct number of entries though. I would just like to keep this automated, if that is not possible. I will still accept your pull-request, I was just wondering if there's a way we can do this automatically so we can keep the list up-to-date if anything changes at some point

@stefangabos For few countries I have taken their Nepalese name from Wikipedia, some from various Nepalese news portal and some countries based on our (Nepalese) day to day communication.
