Changed data folder name for Estonian from `ee` to `et` as per ISO 639-1 #52

This effectively reverts commit https://github.com/stefangabos/world_countries/commit/f6ff6d0d21686791072901992875c0745158d875. According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes et is the correct language code for Estonian. Apologies if there was another reason for the previous change, but if so the documentation should probably be updated.
