debian: Remove native packaging to move to Debian Salsa #80

Closed philmd closed 4 years ago

philmd commented 4 years ago

As documented in [1] and [2], maintaining a non-Debian specific package in upstream repository ('native') is not recommended:

You should only use a native Debian package when it is clear that the package would not be useful outside the context of a Debian system, and would never be distributed except packaged for Debian or its derivatives.

Move the Debian packaging to Debian Salsa [3], using non-native format.
