Easy/Medium/Hard/Unfair ?

Some ideas:

the 'inacurracy' of super weapons (Death Hands)?
amount of harvesters
reaction speed
attack force size
amount of money from harvester (unfair AI gets 20% more?) etc
repair units, or not
easy ai: don't build certain structures (IX, etc)
