Add ability to "Force move" #549

The original had the ability to move units, which allowed you to move tanks on top of units iirc. I couldn't find that here.

Idea is to force move by holding a specific key (ALT? SHIFT?)

Ctrl is for attack ground, right? So yes either of those would work.
