We have installed Adobe Flash Player with the link posted in [InstallationGuide
Installation Guide]. Maybe it works this way. Tell us if it really worked.
I have also tried installing Adobe Flash plugin through flashplugin-nonfree
package
and it worked to me. I am using Mozilla.

I've downloaded .deb package and .tar.gz archive provided on Adobe site. Deb
package
didn't work at all; libflashplayer.so, present in tar.gz archive, works only in
~/.mozilla/plugins/ (but not in ~/.gnuzilla/plugins/, i.e. plugins directory
for Icecat).
I would prefer to use flashplugin-nonfree, however it is not a great problem to
copy
libflashplayer.so in ~/.mozilla/plugins/

Although I didn't reproduce the problem, I think this is because you don't have
any
popular browser installed on your system. When you install the
flashplugin-nonfree
package, it will create the file
/usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so,
but it won't create any link in the ~/.mozilla/plugins directory (it seems
WebKitGtk
will search in this directory, but not in the directory for Icecat).
I don't see an elegant solution to solve this because it actually doesn't
depends on
our plugin. But thanks for reporting it!
