speed limitation in norcham branch #5

The processing of many short lines is much lower with the new acceleration code in the norcham branch. Typically circle with 3mm diameter at 0.2mm tolerance do not cut faster than 600mm/min (flow starts to choke).

Fixed. The problem was on the other side of the serial connection (flow control and read timeout). An update to LasaurApp has been posted.
