Add page for other developers resources #30

I'd like the focus of tiny-helpers to be very narrow. It is a good idea though to include links to other developer resources collections to the site.

Resources in mind:

just an idea - but what about handling it like the tools and having a "other collections" (or so) tag?

I have no strong feelings about it but I believe, I'd like to keep it separated from the tags to keep focus on the helpers. :) But yeah – we could also add same as tags for now. :)
