Remove R/rdyncall_0.7.5.tgz, it's not needed anymore.

Fixes #17.

By the way, I tried to install the local copy of the package by adding the line

install.packages('R/rdyncall_0.7.5.tgz', repos=NULL, type="source")

to R/install.r, but even if the package is installed Systemic doesn't seem to like it.
