Make "collapsed: true" in examples/group-layers.html works for groups #19

'examples/group-layers.html' use "collapsed: true" in some groups. But it seems that this functionnality is not available.

I fix the code so that it permit user to choose which group should be shown or not by default.

I update README.md file regarding my changes and 'examples/group-layers.html' works now as expected ;)
