How to solce Error: ffprobe error (see stderr output for detail)??

I want to put my xxxx.mp4 file in to a model, but suddenly an above error showed up. i'm so sad

Is anyone help this problem?

Hi, apologies for the late reply. Could you share the full error output? Do you have ffmpeg installed on your machine?
