Update driver to latest revision #14

Tested on Dell XPS 9320. Did a full uninstall, reboot, full install, test.sh (got a valid stream) Tested with kernel 6.1.11-arch1-1. Tested on top of pending PRs https://github.com/stefanpartheym/archlinux-ipu6-webcam/pull/13 and https://github.com/stefanpartheym/archlinux-ipu6-webcam/pull/12
