I noticed this commit also included a change to intel-ipu6ep-camera-hal-git/PKGBUILD. Wich is – considering the commit message – not obvious. However, I merged it anyways. This comment is just to protocol this, in case someone is wondering :)

that is because of re-building the package while an upstream update had been pushed, which changed some git info
