starting v0.3.6 1000:1000 is now used for emails https://github.com/stefanpejcic/OpenMail/blob/364885edcf062b2fc9b54b851f0adfc7de841970/mailserver.env#L35

so emails can also be edited by ftp accounts.

when directory is set to /home/$USERNAME/ then opencli files-fix_permissions will now set 1000:1000 -R/home/$USERNAME/mail/`
