CSS styling error of Panel tools #212

Panel tolls have dotted border line after you login to Wordpress site via site manager.

How to reproduce

1 site manager

2 choose website and click manage

3 login as admin

4 close website and return to homepage of panel by clicking on panel logo.

now you will see that all the tools has dotted border at the bottom.

I see.. same css class name is used for the links.. Ive renamed those on dashbaord to something unique, should be ok now.
