Add a CSS Frameworks category #1

Agreed. Definitely something I'll be looking at going forward.

I'm unsure of what the best way to break down the categories would be. One category for just CSS wouldn't make much sense. There are too many libraries.

I could have two main parent categories, JS and CSS, with subcategories. The only issue there is there is a lot of overlap better the two. Frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation are both JS and CSS heavy. Many JS projects contain a bit of CSS.

I'll need to think about this a bit more before I start working on it.

Having just CSS Frameworks could work. At least that how wikipedia categorizes these.

I found this question when I went looking for the CSS version. I love weightofit and a css version would be really valuable. I think strictly separating them even with that overlap would be fine because even with something like bootstrap, you often consider the CSS and JS differently in where/how to load it. Grouping stuff like bootstrap, materialize, purecss, etc in one category would be great, then maybe consider niche subcategories in the future, like somebody's fancy carousel.
