AIPAS (Azure IP Address Solution) is built in Azure to let (Network) Administrators keep up-to-date records of IP assignments and available addresses used to configure Azure Virtual Networks (VNets).
I've managed to deploy the function and it works! It took me longer than it should have done (!) to work out what the code=[code] meant in the POST command. I eventually specified the key found in App Keys of the function app which made it work but it might be useful to update README to direct fellow non-developers there directly.
