Volume Controll with Steps #122

The volume control is great. It even works where the software

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/volumouse.html

does not. But in volumouse you can enter steps for the volume control. So you 
do not have to turn the mouse wheel so much to achieve a certain volume level. 
Would be great if AltDrag had such customizable steps too.

Hi.

Just hold shift to make it turn five steps. I will document this on the wiki 
page so everyone know about it.
