[Request] Add mouse wheel sensitivity setting #125

I think that transparency control is great, but it has too little of 
intermediate states. On my system, I've got just 3 semitransparent states.

Maybe it will be usefull to add some setting to conf. file?

Simply hold shift when you want more sensitive control.
