[Bug] Middle-click on titlebar doesn't work for IE, Outlook, OneNote #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have many overlapping windows
2. Middle-click on any Outlook, IE or OneNote window

I expect that the window lowers, according to preference. However, at least the
listed programs doesn't recognize this. Alt+Middle click works.

Using AltDrag 1.0

Try middle clicking the minimize, maximize or close button.

No go.

It works for e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Lync, Eclipse, Cygwin, Command Prompt etc -
but not for the mentioned applications. Of notice is that all the three I point
are MS products and have special stuff in the border.

Also checked with MS Word now, and that doesn't work either. At least OneNote,
IE and Office have that special menu-system called Ribbon.

I think I managed to fix it. Please verify. Also let me know if this causes any
new problems with any other programs.
