[Request] Moving without pressing a button on mouse #130

Hi,

moving without pressing a button on mouse would be appreciated. Currently, when 
I want to move a window by AltDrag I have to press 2 keys (1 on keyboard and 1 
on mouse) and then I can move the window.

It would be nice to press just the hotkey (Alt) then move the windows.

Alternativelly, I could use no keyboard hotkey but special mouse button.

Optionally, this enhancement could be also used for resizing windows instead of 
moving.
