Having left control as a trigger key causes some minor annoyances #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add "A2" to the Keys option.
2. Hold alt, drag a window, then release alt.
3. Hold alt again and try to drag another window. It won't work. The next time 
you try to drag a window however, it will work.
