Exclude certain programs from dragging. #57

It would be a nice feature if a specific program would be ignored by AltDrag if 
added to some kind of exclude list.
Sometimes it's just really annoying when you need an application to stand 
still, but accidentally trigger a drag.

This feature already exists. It's called the blacklist and you can configure it 
in AltDrag.ini (open via tray menu). Read about it on the [Blacklist] wiki page.

In the next version, you will be able to specify process names that will be 
blacklisted. You can test an unofficial version of this by going to issue 45.
