[Request] honor system setting "Show window contents while dragging"

Indeed.
Would be very neat if it would adhere to the windows performance settings 
regarding not showing the window contents while dragging. (enhances the 
performance on my tablet f.i. significally).

Very nice software otherwise. Cheers to the developer.

There are no API to move windows this way. So it's very unlikely that I'll be 
able to do this.

If you have lag issues, try opening AltDrag.ini and increase MoveRate and 
ResizeRate. They control how often the window is moved.
