[Request] mimic Aero Snap when normally moving windows #98

Currently it only works when alt-dragging the windows...

This is useful especially on pre-Win7 OSes that lacks the "Aero Snap" feature.

It is very unlikely that I will implement this. Sorry. I am not trying to 
backport new Windows features to old Windows versions.

However, if you have noticed the crowdfunding campaign that I've started (read
