[Request] Disable mousewheel shortcuts #99

If not currently possible, it would be great to have the option to disable the 
mousewheel shortcuts.

This is possible in 1.0b2. Sorry for not letting you do this in 1.0b1, it 
wasn't meant to be out this long without an update.

By the way, I hope you have noticed the crowdfunding campaign on the front 
page. If it is successful, you can be sure that I will take a look at all issue 
requests. Also, for every $10 that you pledge, you will get a vote that you can 
cast on any bug report or feature request. I promise that I will make a good 
attempt to solve any issue that gets at least one vote. The more votes a bug 
report/feature request gets, the more time I will spend on it.
