Your system administrator has blocked this program #10

"Your system administrator has blocked this program. For more information, contact your system administrator."

Problem is, I'm on my personal computer and I get this message.

Sorry, I have no idea how the administrator block list works.

U can try to unlock the “Administrator” Account, install it there and try it on your main Account. But keep in mind, that you should deactivate the Admin Account for Security reasons You open many backdoors, if u keep using the Admin Account. Just watch a tutorial on how to activate this account.
