Adds a python 3.6 version of the egg to the folder

I don't want to add Python3 versions, because two are supported right now and a third one is not far away. Too much trouble to keep them up to date.

Further more, Windows users - the primary users of these eggs - don't have a binary package available for Deluge 2.0.
