Add Trackers Per Label #4

More of a feature request. Would it be possible to add Either only adding trackers to a label or maybe going further and having lists of trackers to add to certain labels. It would be nice so that Trackers for private torrents or personal or torrents for Linux dristros don't get altered.

Never had a need for this. Private torrents are already excluded.
