change EAPI from 5 to 6 #87

this resolves #86

As I can see, there is no banned einstall in affected ebuilds. Other EAPI-5 to 6 changes is compatible with current files (see https://projects.gentoo.org/pms/7/pms.html#x1-178000E).

Good thing I have the habit of building every changed ebuild - EAPI 6 broke patches that expected "-p0".

I renamed the changed ebuilds and bumped most of them to EAPI 7, while I was at it. A few packages had unavailable tarballs or serious build problems, so were removed.
