Reload action #2

Using a reload-action would be a good show-case how to cooperation with the QRS-API from within extensions. Different implementations are necessary depending whether to work with Qlik Sense desktop or Qlik Sense server. Security needs to be handled in a smart way.

I am closing this for now as reload will have to be handled completely different in the various environments (Qlik Sense Desktop, Qlik Sense Enterprise, Qlik Cloud Services, Qlik Sense Enterprise for Elastic).
