UI could use less pages #31

In the Settings page, there is a tab structure between "Scan and history" and "Marker", but these settings should just be on one page that scrolls up and down, without tabs.

I did that on my fork https://github.com/monich/sailfish-barcode/commit/e0537b31 and it will be included in version 1.0.3 (not released yet).
