Refreshed localization for CodeReader #39

Hi !

Here is a refreshed French translation for CodeReader ! The localization was OK but could be improved. Now it's fine.

I know you retired the app for now, but when you'll update it after Sailfish OS 2.1.3.4 or 2.2.0 is out, it would be nice if you could update translation files as well !
