[CHANGE] Create thumbnails from video stills #3

Describe the solution you'd like FileTrove should create five random stills from video files. The images should be stored in the database.

As this is out of scope of the core functionality of the tool this will not be implemented. Other tools are better suited for this task and can use the information from FT for subsequent activities.
