Latest v1.1.0 is not published in NodeRed palette

The latest tag v1.1.0 uses the latest speedtest v2.0 CLI.

Unfortunately, this latest tag is not published in NodeRed palette. It's still showing old v1.0.1.

We're having some issues with the old version, would be great to publish this new version in node red palette.
