Protracker: Vibrato (4xx) not working? #33

The vibrato effect in Moby's "Dragonsfunk.mod" in the first few patterns doesn't seem to be working.

Ah ... I messed that up when I added the Fasttracker auto-vibrato. It's fixed now.
