Difference in Protracker and Fasttracker: Pattern loops at end of pattern #59

In Fasttracker, pattern loops at the end of the pattern should proceed at the loop point in the next pattern, not at the start. In Protracker mode, they should proceed at the start of the pattern. Thanks @klutzynervus for the report.
