Can we show who has added contributions? Reporting alerts? #53

Was suggested that we have added by user and verified by organisation (a tick box)

Need alerts button to report issues (other stuff will add in separate issue).

Yes - we can show who has contributed. But do we want to?

Yes - alerts is in there but I'm waiting for the situation where we have something we need to report so I know how to design this. Who receives the alert? You?

Alert was a click to report an issue so that it automatically sends to the venue mailto: accessibility email address (or main one if no accessibility one) and sends message direct.

This could be a paid for service but if want to show it is useful then could be free for a while.

Alerts to Go Genie could be flagged up on dashboard so we know that there are issues being reported to monitor them and the response (or pick it up for a blog post)

Who's contributed mmm could be an agree or anonymous - trial and error what people will prefer - only come up as an issue with one user.
